This section related specially to all engineers or technicians that working with any
kind of production line. With out knowing them well, we have always problems to
do any job in good ways. As it was created for production lines, it's most use of it
is in almost any factory and productions lines. Every body who has to work in this
field (production lines) as a technician, maintenance team, production engineer
or any kind of job who is related to production has to have a good knowledge
about them. As we can see it every day, there is no production lines that in some
how are not using PLC for their specific purpose. It is very hard if not impossible,
to work in this field and not having a lots of contact with PLC some how to the
certain level. Work market highly ask for the people who are able to work with
PLCs. If you do not know it , you are loose almost big numbers of jobs offer
around you.
The need of huge quantity of any product in market, makes it impossible to do
them by human hands and his capacities.
As all we know the law of the market, is the base of any kind of production
activities. The company that is not able to supply the material requested on time,
will be out of business. You or some one like you have to guarantee this, with
your knowledge and experience.
When almost all the production machines are working with PLC in certain level,
knowing them is the key of your success in this responsibility.
It is more than 50 years that they are in market, bout regarding of their
importance and popularities in production lines, there are not much out there to
explain it in simple and friendly manner. Like all other things in market, the
manufacturer will not harmonize their products with other company, so it makes it
hard to learn all of them. Many want to make it seems so difficult that only a few
can understand it. So they can control the flow of person who wants to start this

people that they need it for survival, there is not much. There are big companies

and technology, you do not have chance to change or learn more than they give
it to you. Their training programs are divided in such a manner that each person
can do only some part of it, so you are always depending to others for doing a
job finished. Most of the training material and systems are in such a manner that
they want you to accept many concept without really discuss them deeply. They
decide how much you should know.
The people that working in this field, need to know many things in wild ways to be
able to call it "they have the knowledge of it" .
To have what we are looking for, we should do several tings:
- We should know exactly : what it is, what he can do.
- Learning all about the bases, as precise as possible.
- Learn and study all possibilities in general concepts, as large as possible.
- make the connection between Macro and Micro.
- Prove, any thing is right in base, it should be right in all general cases.
We have to do these almost mental exercises because of characteristics that
these "intelligent" devices have it. Like all other "intelligent" devices:
they are intelligent as much as the person who use it.
They all from us, so we need mentally ready to handle them. Actually the rest is
very easy or not difficult. Who can do a lot with them and who has always
problem and can not work with them properly, comes to the point of thinking or
believing about them. Like in our normal lives there are some laws for doing
every thing in this universe. We can say for them we should know and be sure
about certain things like:
1. The instructions that must be performed.
2. The order in which those instructions are to be performed.
3. The fixed data required to perform the instructions.
For any simple thing in this world, we do all and much more than these every
second. So like many other things in this world, we should learn what we know it.
